Pilates Magic Circle: A twist on pilates mat classes that incorporates the pilates rings to add resistance and magically create flexibility and tone for your body. Made to Move Yoga: A combinataion of Hatha and Vinyassa yoga. The focus is primarily on relaxation and breathing, while strengthening and elongating your physique. It has a faster flow to the movements than Hatha yoga. Triple Bootcamp: Make new friends while reducing stress, increasing your energy and losing weight. If you want a physical challenge, then this is the class for you. A fusion of three types of classes in one including kickboxing. Zumba: This is a fantastic fitness and dance class that sculpts and tones your body to music with a latin flavor.
