Made to Move Class Descriptions

  • Setauket Spin: Bike your way to total fitness while challenging your physical abilities!  A fun, yet intense calorie-burning workout with great music.

  • Setauket Sculpt : Sculpting with weights, fitness balls and bands. Designed to sculpt and tone your body for maximum strength training. Great for men and women alike.
  • Pilates Magic Circle: A twist on pilates mat classes that incorporates the pilates rings to add resistance and magically create flexibility and tone for your body.

  • Made to Move Yoga: A combinataion of Hatha and Vinyassa yoga.  The focus is primarily on relaxation and breathing, while strengthening and elongating your physique.  It has a faster flow to the movements than Hatha yoga.

  • Triple Bootcamp: Make new friends while reducing stress, increasing your energy and losing weight.  If you want a physical challenge, then this is the class for you. A fusion of three types of classes in one including kickboxing.

  • Zumba: This is a fantastic fitness and dance class that sculpts and tones your body to music with a latin flavor.  Come burn calories and experience  the “fitness party”.

  • Glutes & Gut Express Workout:  A dynamic half hour workout primarily focusing on the abdominal and glute muscles.  Great for men who want a 6 pack and for women who desire to be "beach season ready" year round.
  • Kettlebell:  Grab your 'bell and go!  If you're loking for a workout that encorporates strength training, muscle conditioning, and aerobic endurance all in one -  take a kettlebell class.
